Batool Alyahya brings extensive professional expertise in finance, private equity fund accounting, and tax compliance. She currently serves as Acting Head of Finance at MEFIC Capital, overseeing the preparation of IFRS-compliant financial reports. Batool joined MEFIC Capital in 2022, having previously built her experience through several accounting roles across the commercial and non-profit sectors. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a Master of Science in Finance, in addition to the CME1 certificate, reflecting her solid grounding in the financial industry.
