The CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution approving on 29/08/2017, the amendment of the Business Profile of MEFIC CAPITAL by canceling as an Agent activity. MEFIC CAPITAL is now authorized to conduct Dealing as Principal, an Underwriter, Managing Investment Funds, Discretionary Portfolio Management, Arranging, Advising, and Custody activities.
