MEFIC Capital announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of MEFIC Saudi Freestyle Equity Fund due to appointment Chairman of the Fund’s Board of Directors Mr. Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al-Ghurairi (Chairman of the Fund’s Board of Directors – Non-Independent Member, and board Member Mr. Abdulrahman bin Sulaiman Al-Ameer (Independent Member) from (27/06/1447 H.), corresponding to (18/12/2025 G.). The formation of the Board of Directors, after the change, shall be:
– Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al-Ghurairi (Chairman of the Fund’s Board of Directors – Non-Independent)
– Badr bin Ibrahim Al-Suwailim (Independent Member)
– Abdulrahman bin Sulaiman Al-Ameer (Independent Member)
