Middle East Financial Investment Company (MEFIC Capital) invites the unitholders of MEFIC Capital Murabaha Fund and the unitholders of MEFIC Saudi Riyal Murabaha Fund to attend the unitholders’ meeting, which will be held virtually via a Zoom link to be sent to all unitholders through text messages and/or email.

The meeting will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, 27 January 2026, corresponding to 08 Sha’ban 1447H to discuss the following agenda :

– Voting on the resolution to merge MEFIC Capital Murabaha Fund and MEFIC Murabaha Fund (Saudi Riyal).
