MEFIC Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to MEFIC REIT Fund unit holders for the period from 1 July 2020 to 31 December 2020 as follows
Total cash distribution is 10,991,520.
The distributions will be based on 73,276,800 existing units;
The distribution amount is SAR 0.15 per unit and its percentage of the unit initial price is 1.5%;
The distribution percentage is 1.64% of the net asset value of the Fund as of 31 December 2020;
The eligibility for dividends shall be for unitholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center by the end of Monday 19 April 2021 “7/9/1442 H” (end of trading day on Thursday, 15 April 2021) “3/9/1442 H”;
Dividends shall be paid within 15 business days post the eligibility date.
The Fund Manager would like to remind entitled unitholders to update their bank account information in order to ensure depositing the outstanding distribution to their accounts directly.
