The Board of Director of Al-Qannas Fund, managed by Middle East Financial Investment Company “MEFIC Capital”, a leading Investment House, licensed and regulated by the Capital Market Authority of Saudi Arabia, has approved the distribution of the fund’s annual net yield of 8%.
Al-Qannas Fund is a closed Real Estate Investment Fund, aims to acquire income generating properties, allowing its investors to participate in the beneficial ownership of such assets, with pre-defined exit strategies. Such strategies have helped the fund achieving its investment objectives of generating an annual dividend that surpass similar opportunities available in the local Real Estate Market.
