Introduction	Middle East Financial Investment Company (MEFIC Capital) announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of MEFIC REIT Fund following the resignation of H.E. Mr. Bader Ibrahim Ibrahim Al-Suwailm from the Board of Directors of MEFICREIT Fund. The resignation is due to his appointment to a governmental position, pursuant to a Royal Decree appointing him as Deputy Minister of Human Resources & Social Development for Social Development at the Excellent Rank. The Board of Directors also extends its sincere appreciation and gratitude to H.E. Mr. Bader Ibrahim Ibrahim Al-Suwailm for his valuable efforts and effective contributions during his tenure as a member of the Board of Directors of MEFIC REIT Fund, wishing him continued success and prosperity in his future career.
