Following the announcement for Middle East Financial Investment Company (MEFIC Capital) published on 18/03/1445H. Corresponding to 03/10/2023G. Regarding the details of non- fundamental changes to MEFIC SAR Murabaha fund. The Fund Manager wishes to clarify that all of the following have been added:
– Indicative indicator: SIBOR 1 month (the Saudi interbank financing cost price index in riyals for one month) under the fund summary.
– G – Types of transactions, methods and tools that the fund manager can use for the purpose of making his investment decisions for the investment fund. The fund invests with companies with a good reputation and high solvency to reduce risks under investment policies and practices.
