MEFIC Capital announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of a Saudi Riyal Murabaha Fund due to the resignation of Board Member Ms. Kholoud Al-Ghati, a non-independent member, effective from (12/22/21441 AH) corresponding to (12/19/2020 AD). The members of the Fund’s Board of Directors after the change will become:

– Ibrahim Abdullah Al-Hadith, Non-Independent Member

– Abdul Rahim Al-Tuwaijri, Independent Member

– Raed Ahmed Al Rahma, Independent Member
