Mr. Abdullah Alrawaf has extensive professional experience in the legal field, corporate governance, and board affairs. He currently serves as Head of Legal at MEFIC Capital and also holds the position of Secretary to the Board of Directors and MEFIC’s managed funds. Abdullah joined MEFIC Capital in December 2022, and prior to that, he built his experience through practice in general attorney. Abdullah is a legal professional who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from King Saud University. He also holds the CME-1 and CME-4B certifications, along with the Saudi Accredited Legal Professional Certificate (SASL), reflecting his expertise in the financial sector.
