Rami is a seasoned finance professional with over 24 years of experience in capital markets, investment advisory, ECM & DCM, treasury, and structured finance. He currently leads Investment Banking at MEFIC Capital, overseeing M&A advisory, strategic asset allocation, public-private partnerships, private placements, and IPO advisory. Prior to joining MEFIC, he held senior roles at SNB Capital, SNB Bank Treasury, and the National Center for Privatization, working on major strategic transactions across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, the UK, and global markets. Rami has successfully led over 60 transactions with a cumulative value exceeding $70 billion. His notable deals include the IPO of Saudi Aramco, DAMAC’s London listing, Dallah Healthcare, Al-Hammadi, Maaden, and Seera, along with restructuring mandates for Fawaz Alhokair Group, Aujan Coca-Cola JV, SEC, Mobily, and other key infrastructure projects. He holds an MBA and an MSc in Finance from Boston College, and a BSc with honors from KFUPM.
