Yara’s success in building and supporting high-performing teams is evident in her leadership roles. Since March 2022, she has been leading the Human Capital function at MEFIC Capital, fostering a culture of excellence. Prior to this role, Yara served as the Human Resources Manager at ESNA Holding from 2020 to 2022 and as a Human Resources Specialist at BDO Saudi Arabia, Dr. Mohamed Al-Amri & Co. from 2018 to 2020.
