MEFIC Capital announces the resignation of Mr. Abdulaziz Al Ghunaim, Senior Director – Wealth Management. He was a Board member on the below mentioned Funds as a Non-Independent Member. He has resigned from the Fund boards as on 10/11/1438H corresponding to 02/08/2017. The Chairman of the Board has accepted his resignation as on 16/11/1438H corresponding to 08/08/2017.
Replacement board member will be announced after the approval of the Capital Market Authority.
